Great experience. The website is easy to use. The process was efficient. I had a few newbie questions after I received my watch and the responses were quick and detailed. I would definitely use them again.

Crown & Caliber is outstanding. The website is very clean and well-organized, and has all the information you need. Delivery was fast and came with over-the-top packaging... didn't expect a 1-foot cube box for a watch, but then, they deal in pricey watches. The one I bought is exactly as pictured and described, and I'm very happy with it. Only complaint is the flood of marketing emails I get from them now, 2-3 a day. But I can filter spam, and have been for a long time.
