Cartier Pasha Watches
Popular Used Cartier Pasha Watches
The original inspiration for the Cartier Pasha was a watch created on commission in the 1930s. Over 50 years later, the brand decided to revisit the model and develop it into a collection with the help of the renowned watchmaker, Gerald Genta. The modern Pasha line draws from the bespoke model, seamlessly combining the elements of a sport watch and dress watch. However, in more recent years, the line received some modern updates. Buying a Cartier Pasha watch is an excellent choice for those looking for a model steeped in history. Enjoy our inventory of exceptional used Cartier Pasha watches for sale.

About Cartier Pasha Watches
Cartier’s development of the first Pasha model began in the 1930s. At that time, the Pasha of Marrakech commissioned the brand to create a timepiece. It needed to be rugged enough to accompany him on his daily swims and dressy enough to be worn throughout his royal duties. The result was the first Pasha. However, it wasn’t until over 50 years later that the Pasha collection was officially born.
The modern Pasha de Cartier launched in 1985. That year, the brand used the original bespoke model as inspiration for a new collection. In addition, Cartier called upon the famed watchmaker Gerald Genta to collaborate on the Pasha line. Genta made a name for himself as the mastermind behind the IWC Ingenieur, Patek Philippe Nautilus, and Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. Now, it was time for him to put his special touch on the Pasha.
Genta’s concept for the Pasha differentiated the model from any other being produced by the brand at the time. Most notably, it featured a round case. This was a departure from the trademark square or rectangular cases of popular Cartier models, like the iconic Tank. Still, like the original Pasha, the new collection combined utilitarian features with elegant design elements. Functionally, the model boasted water resistance up to 100 meters. Stylistically, the Pasha came with a number of Cartier’s signature features. These included elements like an oversized crown with blue sapphire cabochon and Louis Cartier’s Vendome lugs.
In more recent years, Cartier has continued to update the Pasha models. One of the most notable variations is the Pasha de Cartier Chronograph, Reference W3108555. This particular model seamlessly combines the elements of a sport watch and dress watch into a single, stunning timepiece. It features a 42mm stainless steel case and the brand’s signature sword-shaped hands. It’s also equipped with a sapphire caseback, showcasing the Caliber 8100 MC automatic chronograph movement.
