In 2012, Tudor completely revamped their line of dive watches. With that came the introduction of the first Pelagos model. The Pelagos is an ultra-modern dive watch, both in its functionality and its design. Since its inception, the Pelagos has been released in a number of new variations. The most notable debuted in 2015, when Tudor released the first Pelagos to feature the brand’s in-house, COSC chronometer-certified movement.

The Tudor Pelagos is water resistant up to 500 meters, capable of going deeper than any of Tudor’s other dive watches. It features a lightweight yet durable brushed titanium case and bracelet, a first for Tudor and its parent brand, Rolex. The case measures at a hefty 42mm, making it ultra-modern, and is highlighted by a ceramic bezel. The Pelagos is also equipped with a helium release valve (HEV), ETA 2824 caliber movement, and a 70-hour power reserve, as well as the brand’s iconic snowflake hand. Most recently, Tudor launched the Pelagos LHD, a left-handed version of the model and the first numbered edition.
